Supporting a young adult with stroke

When a young adult has a stroke, it can change their life and the lives of people close to them.

A stroke can make it hard to start a job or care for family.

Young stroke survivors may get help from a partner, parent, family member, or friend.

As a supporter, you might help with everyday tasks. You also may give emotional support or go to medical appointments with them.
