What we have done

• we use clear words and simple English,
• we bold key words,
• the website colours are clear and easy to use,
• there are headings for different sections,
• we make sure pages are not too crowded,
• we link to videos with closed captions,
• we use descriptions, that is, 'alt text' for pictures.
