Y Take Charge

This study is called Y Take Charge.  

It is a program to support recovery after stroke. It is for young stroke survivors to use by telehealth.

Who can join the study?

You can join if: 

• You are between 18 and 55 years old 

• Your stroke was more than 6 months ago, and 

• You have a device to access the internet.

What is involved in the study?  

• You will have two (2) or three (3) telehealth (online) sessions with a researcher.  

• You will undergo some health assessments.

• You may talk about the Y Take Charge program.

• Each session will take about an hour.

• You will receive a $50.00 voucher for completing your first assessment, and $50.00 voucher for completing your last assessment.
